Pickled Red Cabbage

This adds a lovely warm colour to your dining table.

Ingredients

Red cabbage 150g
Sweet pickled onions (small) 8
Garlic 1 clove
Ginger 1 thumb
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Method

Shred the red cabbage and smash the garlic and ginger.

Put Step 1 in a ziploc bag, add the other ingredients and massage well by hand.

Keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

Tips & Note

●If you can, keep in the fridge overnight
●You should finish this cabbage pickle within 2-3 days
