Grilled Pointed Cabbage with Yogurt

Ingredients

Pointed cabbage 1/2
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp
Natural yogurt 4 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Harrisa paste (optional) 1 tsp

Method

Cut the cabbage into half lenghways.

Put the olive oil in a thick pan and heat on low. Add the smashed garlic.

Add the cumin seeds (left of the picture in Step 2) and coriander seeds (right of the picture).

Add the cut cabbage whole, season with some salt and steam cook for about 5 minutes with the lid on.

Turn the cabbage over and put the lid on again to steam cook for a further 5 minutes.

Add the salt into the yogurt and mix.

Transfer the cabbage to a serving dish, then pour over the yogurt sauce on top. Serve with the harrisa paste if you like.
