Okra Stuffed Chicken Roll

Perfect with rice and a good drink.

Ingredients

Okra 6
Chicken breast 200g
Salt & pepper a little
Flour 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1/2 tbsp
Sake 3 tbsp
Light soy sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger juice 10ml

Method

Slice the chicken breast 3-5mm thick (about 6 slices). Season with salt & pepper.

Place one okra on each slice and roll up. Dredge with the flour.

Put some vegetable oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Pan fry Step 2 for 2-3 minutes, rolling all the while until brown.

Add the sake, soy sauce and ginger juice into the pan and cook for a while. Slice the chicken rolls in half and arrange on a serving dish.

Tips & Note

●Make the chicken slices nice and thin, so that it doesn't come off the okra while frying.
