Sauteed Avocado

You'll love the aroma as it fries!

Ingredients

Avocado 2
Butter 20g
Light soy sauce 3 tbsp
Wasabi 1-2 tsp

Method

Peel the avocado and slice into half lengthways. Remove the stone.

Put the butter into a frying pan and heat on medium heat. Sautee both sides of the avocado.

When it's nicely browned, add 2 tbsp soy sauce and the wasabi and cook a bit further on a low heat with the lid on.

Remove the avocado, slice and arrange on a serving dish.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp soy sauce and a drop of water into the frying pan and bring to the boil. Pour over the sliced avocado, it's ready to serve.
