French beans 20
Baby plum tomatoes 6
Salt for boiling 1 pinch
Sweet miso vinegar:
Your favourite miso paste 1 tbsp
Sushi vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Dashi powder 1 tsp
White sesame seeds if you like

Method

Chop the beans into half and boil in salted water for 1 minute.

Remove the beans and keep aside.

Put all the ingredients for the sweet miso vinegar into a small bowl and stir well.

Add the beans and half sliced tomatoes into Step 3 and mix well.

Serve onto a plate and sprinkle over with the sesame seeds.
