Mozzarella & Sesame Seed Salad

Ingredients

Mozzarella cheese 1
Spring onion 1
Crushed sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Bonito flakes 1 pack (3g)
Seasonings:
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1/4 tsp
Honey 1 tsp

Method

Put the diced mozzarella and roughly chopped spring onion together in a bowl.

Add the crushed sesame seeds, bonito flakes and all the seasoning ingredients and mix. Transfer to a dish and serve.

Tips & Note

■This salad will be tastier if kept in the fridge for a while before serving.
