Avocado on Donburi Rice Bowl

Ingredients

Just cooked rice for 2 people
Avocado 2
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Wasabi 1/2-1 tsp
Crushed nori sheet as required
Parmigiano reggiano as required

Method

Chop the avocado into bitesize pieces.

Finley slice the Parmigiano reggiano.

Mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce and wasabi well in a small bowl. Mix with the avocado pieces.

Put the cooked rice into a small bowl and sprinkle with the crushed nori sheets. Put the avocado on top and cover over with the sliced cheese.
