Serves 4 Prep: 2 min Cook: 10 min
Spaghetti | 100g |
Salt (for boiling the pasta) | 1-1.5% of water |
Cucumber | 10cm |
Salt | a pinch |
Tinned tuna (in oil) | 1 (80g) |
Ham or bacon slices | 3 |
Mayonnaise | 4-5 tbsp |
Dijon mustard | 1 tsp |
Pepper | 1 tsp |
The above quantities are pretty standard, but adjust the mayonnaise and mustard to your taste. English mustard works well but if you use British mayonnaise, I think it would be better to add a little bit of vinegar.
