Tuna Canapes

Ingredients

Tinned tuna (in spring water) 2 (240g)
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds as required
Blinis as required

Method

Drain the tuna.

Put into a frying pan (no oil) on medium heat and flake it.

Add the honey and soy sauce and fry.

When the sauce has reduced, add the sesame seeds aand turn the heat off. Top on blinis and serve.

Tips & Note

Tastes just as lovely when it's cold. It's also delicious with cooked rice.
