Serves 2 Cook: 5 min

Ingredients

Mooli 10cm
Ham slices 2
Mayonnaise 1-1.5 tbsp
Pepper a little
Salt a little

Method

1
Slice the mooli in rounds then into quarters. Cut the ham to roughly the same size as the mooli pieces.
2
Put the ham and mooli into a bowl and drizzle round the mayonnaise on top. Season with salt & pepper before serving.

Tips & Note

Use a really heavy mooli (this contains lots of water).
The water released from the mooli will mix in to be part of the dressing, this really adds to the flavour.
