Serves 2 Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Onion (large) 1
●Ponzu vinegar 2 tbsp
●Mentsuyu (noodle broth) 2 tbsp
Rice vinegar ● (white wine vinegar) 2 tbsp
Sundried chillis as you like
Salt 1 pinch

Method

1
Finely slice the onion.
2
Put into a bowl and soak in salted water for 5 minutes to make them milder.
3
Drain the water and return to the bowl. Add all the ●ingredients and chillis. Stir and keep in the marinade for 3 minutes.
4
It's ready to serve. If you marinade for too long, the crunchiness of the onions will be lost.

Tips & Note

If you have bonito flakes, you can sprinkle this in the mix, it would be lovely.
