Your favourite crackers 12
Cream cheese see below
Takuan (pickled mooli) see below
Parsley as required

Method

Use your favourite crackers. This time, I used poppy and sesame seed crackers.

Spread a teaspoon of cream cheese on each cracker.

Cut 6 slices of takuan 3mm thick, then finely chop. Use half of one slice per cracker.

Sprinkle the takuan onto the cracker.

Arrange on a dish and sprinkle over with chopped parsley.

Tips & Note

●Add some black pepper for a sharper taste.
