Pickled Mooli (Takuan) Sandwich

A good combination with the cream cheese and black pepper.

Baguette see below
Takuan (pickled mooli) see below
Cream cheese as required
Black pepper as required
Fresh parsley as required

Method

Slice the baguette 12mm thick and score in the middle right to the bottom.

Spread about 1 tsp Philadelphia cream cheese into the scores.

Slice the takuan 3mm thick and insert in the middle of the baguette slice. Repeat 12 times.
4
Crush some black pepper and sprinkle a pinch of it into the middle of the baguette slice.
5
Arrange on a plate and sprinkle over with the chopped parsley.
