Recipe By: Tobuchan (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/25)
Makes 1 Prep: 10 min Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Smoked salmon slices for sandwiches 2
Sushi rice 120g
Nori sheet 1/2
Lumpfish caviar as required
Sesame seeds as required

Method

1
This is Tesco's smoked salmon slices for sandwiches (£3 for 6 slices).
2
Place the half nori sheet onto cling film on a bamboo mat. Cover completely with the sushi rice, leaving 1cm across the top free.
3
Sprinkle the rice with sesame seeds. Turn over the nori sheet so the sesame seeds are on the cling film.
4
Roll upwards using the bamboo mat to create a firm roll with the nori sheet inside.
5
Place the salmon slices over the rice and sesame seeds.
6
Use the bamboo mat to create a firm roll and press firmly. Tuck in any loose rice.
7
Wet a knife and slice into 6 pieces. Place the caviar as much as you like on top. It's ready to serve.

Tips & Note

●So easy because there are no ingredients to roll up inside the sushi roll. With the whole Tesco pack, you can make 3 whole sushi maki rolls.
