Simple Rice with Peas

Ingredients

Rice 3 gou (450g)
Kombu seaweed sheet 1
Salt 1 tsp
Mirin 2 tbsp
White wine 1 tbsp
Garden peas (shelled) 200g
Water for 3 gou

Method

Wash the rice and put into the rice cooker. Add the appropriate amount of water.

Add the salt, white wine and mirin and stir lightly.

Add the kombu seaweed and peas then set the rice cooker to cook.

Once cooked, remove the kombu seaweed and discard, mix well and serve!

Tips & Note

Mix the rice dish gently without breaking the rice or the peas.
