Natto & Cheese Soft Crackers

A lovely nibble with a cold beer.

Ingredients

Natto 1 pack
Parmigiano reggiano 5 tbsp
Flour a little
Pepper as required
Olive oil as required

Method

Preheat the oven 200C.

Finely chop the natto and add the grated cheese. Chop until it becomes sticky.

Put greaseproof paper on an oven tray and brush with olive oil.

Scoop some mix from Step 2 with a spoon coated in olive oil and drop onto the tray. Spread out to flatten and bake for 8 minutes.

You can sprinkle with pepper if you like.

Tips & Note

●You can fry in oil if you like instead of baking
●If you like a crispy finish, add more cheese
