Roasted Cauliflower Takoyaki-Style

A really inventive way of eating cauliflower!

Ingredients

Cauliflower (small) 1
Okonomiyaki or takoyaki sauce 2-3 tbsp
Grated parmigiano reggiano 2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil as required
Bonito flakes 1 pinch
Green laver 1 pinch

Method

Split the cauliflower into small pingpong ball size florets.

Place onto a baking tray.

Brush over with the sauce.

Sprinkle the parmigiano reggiano and breadcrumbs over the top and drizzle with olive oil.

Put into a pre-heated oven 200C and roast for 15-20 minutes until browned. Sprinkle with bonito flakes and green laver - it's ready to serve.

Tips & Note

●You can also adapt to any other vegetables such as broccoli.
