Carrots In Orange Jelly

A really bright orange colour with the addition of carrots!

Ingredients

Orange jelly 1 block (140g)
Carrot 1 (70g)
Hot water 250ml
Cold water 150ml

Method

This is the Hartley's orange jelly I used this time.

This is what it looks like inside the pack.

Break the cubes apart in a bowl

Pour 250ml hot water into the bowl and stir well until the jelly has dissolved.

Add the grated carrots and the cold water and stir well.

Pour into your favourite tray, and put in the fridge to set.
