Smoked Salmon Cheese Pies

Ingredients

Puff pastry sheets to make 8
Smoked salmon trimmings 40g
Grated cheddar cheese 20g
Dill as required

Method

Preheat the oven 220C.

Make 4-5cm diameter rounds from the pastry.

Place pastry rounds onto a baking sheet on an oven tray, ten top with the salmon, cheese and dill. Put into the oven.

Bake for 10 minutes, then enjoy hot or cold.
