Carrot Sandwich

Ingredients

Carrot (small) 1 (50g)
Sliced bread 4
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 2 tbsp

Method

Cut the carrot into long ribbons using a peeler.

Spread the mayonnaise onto 2 slices of bread.

Lay the carrot ribbons on top of the mayonnaise. Spread the cream cheese onto the other 2 slices and sandwich together.

Cut into 4 or use a cookie cutter.

Tips & Note

●If you don't have cream cheese, you can spread mayonnaise on both sides.
