Serves 2 Cook: 120 min

Ingredients

Celery 3
Ume Shiso Seasoning 2 tbsp

Method

1
Slice the celery to strips and put in a tupperware container. Drizzle with the seasoning (I used Clearspring) and mix well.

Tips & Note

The celery will pickle quicker at room temperature on a cool day. You could pickle cucumbers in the same way.
