Courgette Crostini

Great for parties.

Ingredients

Courgettes 100g
Garlic (grated) a little
Cream cheese 2-3 tbsp
Stilton cheese 50g
Chives as required
Black pepper as required
Sea salt a little

Method

Keep the cream cheese and Stilton out of the fridge and bring to room temperature.

Grate the courgette and sprinkle with salt. Leave on a kitchen towel, then drain and squeeze out the moisture.

Mix the garlic, cream cheese and Stilton.

Mix together Steps 2 & 3 and add the finely chopped chives and black pepper. Spread onto baguette or crackers, it's ready to serve.

Tips & Note

●When you spread onto a baguette, slice it diagonally and lightly toast first.
