Potato Wedges with Anchovy & Natto

Ingredients

Natto 1 pack
Potatoes 300g
Anchovy fillets 4-5
Anchovy oil 1 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove
Sea salt as required
Pepper as required

Method

Peel the potatoes and boil (or microwave) until cooked.

Drain and cut into wedges 1cm thick.

Finely chop the natto and anchovies together.

Put the anchovy oil, olive oil and finely sliced garlic in a frying pan on low heat.

Add the potatoes and fry until nice and golden.

Add the anchovy and natto mixture from Step 3. Fry for 2-3 minutes then turn the heat off.

Season with salt & pepper before serving.
