Mayonnaise as required
Paprika or cayenne pepper as required
Parmigiano reggiano as required
Lime 1

Method

Boil the corn cobs then grill until slightly charred.

Spread mayonnaise on the cobs and dredge with the cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.

If you like, you can squeeze lime over it before you bit straight into it!
