Plantain 1
Salt as required
Oil for frying as required

Method

A very ripe yellow plantain is perfect for frying.

Peel the plantain.

Cut into 1cm diagonal slices and sprinkle with salt.

Deep or shallow fry in oil.

Once nicely golden, turn them over and serve immediately.

Tips & Note

You don't need to sprinkle salt, but personally, I like it with just a dash.
