Serves 3 Cook: 30 min

Ingredients

Radish 2 packs
Seasoning:
Lemon juice 1
Light brown sugar 1 tbsp
Smoked salmon 1 pack (100g)
Watercress as required

Method

1
Finely slice the radishes and rub with some salt. Mix with the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and keep aside for 20 minutes.
2
Add the chopped smoked salmon and watercress and lightly mix. It's ready to serve.
3
These are the radishes, from the same family as the mooli, they originate in Europe.

Tips & Note

●If you don't have light brown sugar, you can use granulated sugar but the light brown sugar gives a lovelier gentle taste.
●If you keep this for 1 or 2 days, the flavour will intensify.
