Ingredients

Wasabi leaves 4
Pickled plums 2
Bonito flakes 5g
Noodle broth (mentsuyu) 1 tbsp
White sesame seeds as required

Method

Wash the wasabi leaves and boil. Run under cold water and squeeze.

Cut into 2-3cm lengths and put into a bowl.

Put the chopped pickled plums and bonito flakes into a plastic bag and shake together.

Add Step 3 into Step 2.

Add the noodle broth and sesame seeds to Step 4 and mix well.

Tips & Note

The noodle broth will add a subtle sweetness. If you don't like this, you can omit this.
