Ingredients

Pointed cabbage 4 leaves
▽Sesame oil 1 tbsp
▽Chicken stock powder 1 tbsp
▽Chinese chilli bean paste 1 tsp

Method

This is the pointed cabbage we use the 4 leaves from.

Put all the ingredients marked ▽ into a bowl and stir.

Add the torn up cabbage leaves and mix well with the sauce. Serve onto a dish.

Tips & Note

Try to thoroughly coat the cabbage leaves, so better to rub in by hand. You can eat this straightaway or chill in the fridge first.
