Pull Apart Oven Baked Baguette

Ingredients

Baguette baton 1
Spring onions 3
Butter 60g
Garlic 2 cloves
Mozzarella cheese 125g
Red Leicester cheese 125g
Salami slices 10-12

Method

Here are the ingredients. Microwave the butter for 30 seconds to melt it.

Finely chop the garlic and spring onions and add to the butter.

Score the baguette in a criss cross, leaving the base intact.

Insert the 2 kinds of cheese and salami randomly but evenly into the cuts.

Put the baguette onto some foil and fill the cuts with the butter from Step 2. Top with any remaining butter. Cover the foil over the top.

Bake in a preheated oven 180C for 15 minutes. Uncover the top foil and bake for a further 10 minutes.

It's delicious hot but also when cooled.

●It's quite filling so 3 people could easily share this
