Greek Style Feta Cheese on Mushrooms

A simple and tasty hors d'oeuvres that I make regularly, it's a little taste of Greece!

Ingredients

Mushrooms (large) 6
Feta cheese 100g
Single cream as you like
Salt & pepper as you like

Method

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stalks. Cut the feta cheese into 1cm dice and fill into the mushrooms.

Put in an oven 150C for 10-15 minutes. When the mushrooms are soft and the cheese is nicely browned, it's ready to serve.

It's delicious as it is, but for extra depth of taste, drizzle with single cream and season with salt & pepper.

Tips & Note

You don't need to preheat the oven because there is no meat or fish in this recipe.
