Serves 5 Cook: 20 min

Ingredients

Avocado 2
Mango 1/2
White crabmeat 70g
Fresh red chilli 1
Lime 1
Salt 1/4 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp

Method

1
I bought this from Ocado, it's my favourite.
2
Chop the mango and avocado into 2cm square dice and deseed the fresh chilli before chopping it finely. Flake the crab meat.
3
Pour a little bit of lime juice over the mango and crab.
4
Use half the lime juice, salt and olive oil to cover the avocado.
5
Arrange all the ingredients nicely before serving.

Tips & Note

The best way to enjoy this dish is to use the best ripe mango and avocado, but it's never easy to guarantee this!
