Vermicelli | 100g |
Chicken thighs | 4 |
Sake | 3 tbsp |
Ginger peel | as required |
Spring onions | as required |

Sesame dressing: | |
Tahini or sesame paste | 3 tbsp |
Chicken liquid (see below) | 2 tbsp |
Sugar | 2 tbsp |
Soy sauce | 2 tbsp |
Sesame oil | 2 tbsp |
●Once the vermicelli is drained, cover with the sesame oil to stop it sticking togther
●Once the chicken is cooked, keep it in the liquid to stay moist until ready to serve
