Sausage Patties Coated in Crispy Swede

Ingredients

Swede 1/4
Sausages (your favourite) 5
Salt & pepper as required

Method

Remove the sausage skins, rub some oil on the palms of your hands, then make small barrel shapes with the meat.

Peel the swede and coarsely grate it.

Cover the sausage shapes with Step 2 and shallow fry in a frying pan until nicely golden.

Tips & Note

●Using sausages saves much time and effort, because it's already mixed and seasoned.
