Smoked salmon 200g
Avocado 1
Spring onion 1
Noodle broth (mentsuyu) 4 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp

Method

Roughly chop the salmon and avocado. Finely chop the spring onion. Put into a bowl.

Add the noodle broth and sesame oil and mix well before serving.
