Basil leaves | a few |
Feta cheese | 30-40g |
Olive oil | 1.5 tbsp |
Cider vinegar | 1 tbsp |
Lemon juice | 1 tsp |
Salt & pepper | a little |
Make sure to drain the rice well otherwise it will be a bit of a watery salad. When seasoning to taste, bear in mind the olives and feta as they will add some saltiness.
