Serves 2 Cook: 15 min

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet 1
Green beans 10
Carrot 1/2
Sauce:
Tahini 1 tbsp
Chinese chilli bean sauce 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp

1
Slice the chicken breast into half to make it thinner and rub with salt & pepper.
2
Microwave the chicken for 3 minutes (600W). Turn it over and microwave for another 3 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
3
Cut the carrot into 5mm batons and the green beans into half. Put both in a bowl and cover with cling film. Cook for 2 minutes in a microwave.
4
Put all the sauce ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.
5
Cut the chicken into fine strips and add to the bowl at Step 4 and mix well.
6
Arrange the cooked vegetables on a serving dish and put the chicken and sauce on top.
7
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you like, before serving.

Tips & Note

If you like it more sour, add more vinegar, or more tahini if you like the sesame flavour. If you like it hot, add more chilli bean sauce.
