4 Minute Spinach and Scrambled Eggs

Forgive me! It's ready by using mentsuyu noodle soup and a microwave!

Ingredients

Frozen spinach 2 cubes
Mentsuyu noodle soup 2 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Egg 1

Method

I used 2 cubes of Tesco Frozen Spinach.

Defrost in a microwave, it takes 1-1.5 minutes.

Once defrosted, spread out the spinach onto a plate. Sprinkle the mentsuyu noodle soup and water over the top.

Pour over the well-beaten egg.

Put the dish in a microwave (500W) for 1 minute. Remove and stir it well, then back in the microwave for another minute.

Your wonderful spinach with scrambled egg is ready!

This kombu seaweed mentsuyu I bought at a Japanese store in Soho is very useful.

Tips & Note

Add some light soy sauce if the spinach seems too watery.
