This is a very traditional home recipe from Spain.
Chorizo, Potatoes (medium), Romano pepper, Onion, Garlic, Tomatoes (medium), Olive oil, Dried Chilli, Paprika, Bay leaves, White wine vinegar, Salt & pepper, Hot water
Leave your soup for 5 minutes to get a greater flavour of the sea.

I used freeze-dried tofu in this recipe, it's very handy if you can't get fresh tofu.

Make a basic mushroom sauce peperoncino style (olive oil, garlic & chilli) first of all, then mix with butter and cheese and the pasta - mmmm, delicious!
Spaghetti vongole uses clams and white wine. This time, I added onion, anchovy paste and vegetable consomme to make it a really deep taste. Dunk a baguette into the sauce to enjoy this dish twice!
