There's no simple way to make an authentic tonkotsu stock at home, it's very complicated. Instead, try this simpler recipe - it's not authentic but still super delicious!
200g of konjak pasta is only 12 kcals. Use shop bought taramasalata as a sauce to make this healthy and delicious dish in 5 minutes. You'll be beach-ready!
Konjak potato noodles (shirataki), Taramasalata (shop-bought), Chicory, Shredded nori sheet, Salt & pepper, Chilli powder
Sushi rice, Nori sheet (1/2), Salad lettuce leaves, Ready salted crisps, Fish fingers (frozen), Cucumber (1cm square, as long as the nori sheet), Mayonnaise
Really delicious when eaten hot with a cold yogurt curry sauce.
Broccoli florets, Cheddar cheese, Cured ham slices, Nori sheet, Spring roll wrappers (small), Flour & water, Vegetable oil for frying, Yogurt Curry Sauce, Yogurt, Mayonnaise, Curry powder, Salt & pepper
Just chop up the lettuce, put in a ziplock bag with the seasoning and shake it. It's delicious just as it is. If you can wait 10 minutes, it will be more delicious! It's a salad that won't be beaten by chopsticks!

A general rule: half a nori sheet, 80g sushi rice placed with a 2cm gap across the top; the cucumber should be 1cm square long strips - then it should work out fine (probably).
