Miso Soup with Mushrooms and Nori Seaweed

Ingredients

Mushrooms (large) 2
Nori sheets 2
Egg 1
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Dashi stock granules 1/2 tsp
Miso 35-40g
Hot water 500ml

Method

Heat a pan on high and add the oil and sliced mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.

Pour in the hot water and add the dashi stock. Boil for 2 minutes on high heat then turn the heat down to low and dissolve in the miso. Add the nori seaweed.

Lastly, pour in the beaten egg and cook for 1 minute before serving in bowls.
