Starch syrup (or Golden Syrup) | 1/2 tbsp |

I roasted the walnuts beforehand at 180C for 10-12 minutes.
For the starch syrup, I used Clearspring: Rice Malt Syrup this time which gave it a smooth and mild sweetness.
