Lamb Chops with Garlic & Spring Onion Sauce

An irresistible Asian way of serving lamb chops.

Ingredients

Lamb chops 4
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Garlic slices 2 cloves
Garlic 1/2 clove
Spring onions 40g
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Balsamic vinegar 2/3 tsp
Pepper a little

Method

Season the lamb chops with some salt & pepper.

Make the sauce: put the olive oil in a pan and fry the sliced garlic until lightly browned.

Turn the heat off and add the finely chopped spring onions and grated garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce and balsamic vinegar.

Fry the lamb chops on high heat in a frying pan until nicely browned.

Put the chops in a preheated oven 180C for 4-5 minutes (depending on the size).

Transfer the lamb onto a serving dish and pour over the sauce from Step 3. Garnish with the garlic chips from Step 2.

Serve alongside some cooked rice or bok choy.

Tips & Note

●Never overcook the lamb, it's best when pink
