Bread Pudding

Ingredients

Raisin bread 60g
【A】
Full fat milk 70ml
Double cream 30ml
Egg 1
Maple syrup 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Orange zest 1/2
Rum 1 tsp
Mixed spice or cinnamon powder a little
Fudge chunks (optional) 15g

Method

Cut the raisin bread into 1.5cm dice and put into a lined oven dish.

Put all the ingredients for A in a bowl and mix well.

Pour Step 2 on the bread. Sprinkle with the fudge chunks if you like.

Put into a preheated oven 180C for 30 minutes. It's ready.
