Lamb Chops with Wasabi Dressing

Adding mayonnaise gives this a deeper flavour.

Ingredients

Lamb cutlets or chops 4
Garlic 1-2 cloves
Salt & pepper a little
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce 1 tsp
White wine or sake 1 tbsp
Wasabi 1/2 tsp
Watercress as required
Green beans 20-30

Method

Remove the excess fat from the lamb and season with salt & pepper. Boil the green beans for 3 minutes.

Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add the mayonnaise. Add the lamb and sliced garlic and saute.

When both sides are nicely browned, add the soy sauce, sake and wasbi and stir. Garnish with the watercress and serve with the green beans.

Tips & Note

●If you have yuzu pepper, you can add 1 tsp instead of the wasabi. If so, use oil instead of mayonnaise.
