Prawn And Asparagus Bake With Mayonnaise

Ingredients

Prawns with shell on 6-8
Asparagus one bunch
Marinade:
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Wasabi 1 tsp
Mentsuyu noodle soup 1 tsp
Sake 1 tsp

Method

Remove the shells from the prawns and also the black thread down the spine. Wash thoroughly and marinade in the sauce. If there is any head meat, add it to the marinade.

Boil asparagus quite firmly.

Dry fry the prawns in a frying pan and add the asparagus.

(Optional) Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
