Quick and Easy Prawn & Spinach Japanese Curry

I made this picturing a saag prawn dish in my mind, it works really well using Japanese curry roux.

Ingredients

Frozen spinach 3 cubes
Chicken stock granules 1 tbsp
Japanese curry roux 2 cubes
Frozen prawns 14-15
Hot water 200ml
Single cream 5 tbsp

Method

Here are the ingredients, plus hot water. I used frozen leaf spinach.

Put the water in a pan and add the chicken stock and curry roux and heat on medium heat.

Add the frozen spinach.

When the roux has dissolved and spinach have wilted, add the single cream and stir in.

Add the frozen prawns and cook for 5 minutes then transfer to a serving dish.

Tips & Note

This is such a quick dish, it's ready in 5 minutes. Ideal for when you get home tired, it will be a delicious revival!
