Cooked rice 100-110g
Nori sheet 1
Baby spinach leaves 5-6
Chorizo slices 3
Yukari 1 tsp

1
Add the yukari to the cooked rice and mix well.

3
Add half the yukari rice and spread to a flat round. Add the spinach leaves.
4
Cover with the chorizo slices.
5
Add the remaining yukari rice and spread to cover.
6
Nearly finished - lift the top and bottom ends of the nori sheet with the cling film and fold up into the centre, pressing firmly.
7
Fold in the left and right corners and press in the centre.

Wait for 4-5 minutes until the nori softens then cut in half as two rectangles or diagonally as two triangles.

Tips & Note

●Chorizo is strong and salty so you don't need any more seasonings, but a touch of mayonnaise would work.
