Turkey breast fillets, Fresh sage or basil leaves, Bacon rashers, Hard cheese (such as Mimolette or Parmigiano reggiano), Flour, Olive oil, White wine, Salt & pepper
You can oven bake or grill this, simply roll up and cook thin slices of aubergine with lots of cheese, it's guaranteed to make you feel good and warm all over.
Really delicious when eaten hot with a cold yogurt curry sauce.

A general rule: half a nori sheet, 80g sushi rice placed with a 2cm gap across the top; the cucumber should be 1cm square long strips - then it should work out fine (probably).
