お好きな具材 適量

ボイルエビ6尾にスイートチリソース大さじ1を絡ませます。

きゅうりを小細工して格子状にします。動画で確認してね!

スーパーで売っているロールモップへリング(ニシンの酢漬け)をちょうどいいサイズにカット。ちょっと酸っぱいです。

定番。スモークサーモンも適当にカット。

大き目に切ったラップの片側だけにオイルをブラシで塗ります。こうしないとラップがトレイに張り付いてしまうので。

オイルを塗った側を下にして製氷皿の上に置いたら手前の溝の底までラップを指で押して沈めます。

そこに①から④までの具材を厚めに置いていきます。

軽めに酢飯を置いたらスプーンでぎゅぎゅう押します。

ラップを閉じたらもう一度軽く上から手で押します。

お皿の上に置いてトレイを外せばあーらキレイ!

イギリスでは生魚がなかなか手に入りません。開き直って肉でも野菜でもなんでもやっちゃいましょう!

Tips & Note

⑩で寿司が製氷皿にくっついてひっくり返しても圧力で出てこない場合があります。そんな時は製氷皿を上向きにしてラップごと一回全部寿司を持ち上げて下に空気を入れて再び戻してあげてください。そうすりゃすぐに外れます。
