Frozen gyoza (shop bought) as much as you want
Egg as required
Flour as required
Breadcrumbs (panko) as required
Oil for frying as required
Dipping sauce as required

Method

This time I made 6 frozen gyoza, and one egg was enough. Defrost the gyoza.

Dredge them with the flour, run them through the beaten egg, and coat with plentiful breadcrumbs. Deep fry for 3 minutes in hot oil at 180 ℃.

Remove and drain well. Dip into spicy tomato salsa, brown sauce, tartar sauce, etc. Perfect for when friends come round for dinner!
